Meeting and Conference Facilities

The meeting and conference facilities are wheelchair accessible, accommodating both small and large groups with a maximum capacity of 40 individuals, and are equipped with high-speed broadband.

Each room offers a versatile layout, providing flexibility for theater-style, classroom, U-shape, or boardroom configurations. When booking, we’ll tailor the space and layout to meet your specific needs. Whether you require room hire on an hourly or daily basis, we have flexible options to accommodate any business meeting.

Low Cost Room Hire

We aim to provide local businesses low cost solutions, so our room hire is priced to suit any budget.

Conference Room 1
Conference Room 2

A smaller, more intimate meeting room, which is ideal for client meetings, board meetings, and smaller conferences, seminars and training events.

Size – 488 ft²

Room Hire £20.00 per hour/£70.00 per day + VAT

This is a larger room, which can cater for up to 40 delegates, so it is ideal for conferences or larger seminars and events.

Size – 745 ft²

Room Hire £25.00 per hour/£80.00 per day + VAT
