EXTENSION TO ENNISKILLEN BUSINESS CENTRE OFFICIALLY OPENED

A further extension to Enniskillen Business Centre that could create up to 15 new jobs was officiallly opened on 30th June 2008 by Denis Rooney, Chairman of the International Fund for Ireland and Councillor Frank Britton,Chairman of Policy and Resource Committee, Fermanagh District Council. They were joined by the Economy Minister Arlene Foster and Mr John O'Kane, Chairman of Fermanagh Enterprise Limited.

This new £839K extension situated in Lackaghboy Industrial Estate is the third phase of construction on this site and includes a 7817sq ft high specification office block offering 13 new offices as well as three specialist industrial units. This brings the total workspace on this site to 63 units and 45000sq ft.

The project has been funded by the International Fund for Ireland which contributed £343,000 and Fermanagh District Council, which provided co-funded support of £250,000 through the European Regional Development Fund under the Building Sustainable Prosperity Programme.
