The Hospitality Exchange event provides valuable insights, inspiration, and networking opportunities for the hospitality and tourism industries.
Organised by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation (NIHF), Hospitality Exchange 2026 will bring hospitality professionals together for two days of insight, discussion and networking.
The programme will explore key issues and opportunities for the hospitality and tourism sectors, including:

- Leadership and people: Speakers will explore effective leadership, the importance of friendliness in hospitality and the role of human connection in a changing industry.
- Hotel performance and growth: The business breakfast will cover the latest hotel performance figures, changing breakfast trends and opportunities for investment and expansion.
- Tourism opportunities: Industry experts will discuss Northern Ireland’s tourism ambitions, economic policy, opportunities to grow the visitor economy across the island and how changing weather patterns could affect tourism.
- Networking and industry events: The programme also includes the Leadership Lunch, Rising Star Awards, Delegate Lounge, NIHF members’ events, Speaker Lunch and Gala Ball.
Hospitality Exchange is open to all those who work in the industry – hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars and visitor attractions.
