Apply to join AwakenHub’s accelerator for early-stage women founders
SheGenerate is a high-impact accelerator programme created by AwakenHub to support early-stage women founders across the island of Ireland.
The programme combines in-person and online learning with mentoring, networking and founder support. Participants can also attend Big Sister Sessions with experienced founders, who provide practical advice and share real-world examples.
The first five SheGenerate cohorts supported 166 founders working across a range of industries. Cohort 6 is now open for applications from women founders who live on, or plan to return to, the island of Ireland and who are:
- validating a new business idea
- building early momentum in an existing business
- preparing for investment
Applications are welcome from all sectors, including social enterprises and social impact businesses, as long as they have strong potential to grow and scale.
The deadline for applications is 10pm on 18 September 2026.
SheGenerate 6.0 is available exclusively to paying AwakenHub members. Businesses that are not already members can use the AwakenClub: Request to Join form to find out more and apply for membership.
