This session will be designed to provide delegates with support to develop a structure for responding to tender questions. The webinar will focus on the main challenges in developing a tender submission that meets the specification requirements.
Course Objectives
- To understand how to use Instructions to Tender to develop your tender structure
- How to improve your interpretation of buyer’s requirements
- To address the common errors made by businesses that impact on scoring
- To improve your scoring
- To develop a process to be applied to tender responses to improve content, layout, and appearance
Preference will be given to FODC businesses.
