Blogging & The importance of User Generated Content
Blogging is not just an activity for those who want to become #InstaFamous. From a business perspective writing relevant, topical, keyword focused content frequently on your website can help with Search Engine Optimisation, improve user experience on your website and also serve as really great content for social media and email marketing.
In this workshop we will look at why you should consider blogging for your business, how to research and develop topics for your blogs, best practice blog writing and tips for sharing your blogs far and wide online.
When writing blogs it’s a great idea to encourage your fans to reply, comment, contribute and get involved. One way of doing this could be through encouraging user generated content, and when we begin to scratch underneath the surface there is potential for your customers to create content for you in the form of articles, videos and images. We will explore user generated campaigns, giving you the chance to plan such a campaign for your business in 2019.
