Favourite thing about your job
I enjoy the community aspect of working within a Social Enterprise as it feels rewarding to be part of an organisation which helps benefit the community of Fermanagh by supporting local economic and social development.
Entrepreneur you admire and why
Tareq Hadhad as even when faced with the most challenging of situations, he has overcome boundaries and worked hard to create a brand which continues to put the community and greater good at its forefront. Who knew chocolate could bring so many people together whilst helping to spread the message of peace?
