As part of Global Enterprise Week 2022, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council are delighted to announce a new webinar ‘Developing Visitor Experience’ hosted by Catherine Scott from Insight Mystery Shopping.
During this lunchtime webinar, you will learn how to develop and enhance your visitor experience offering. Catherine will take you through customer journey mapping and teach how to practically place your customers at the heart of your business and help create an end-to-end journey. Discussion will be had on the potential of tourism clustering and the benefits that can be had by working with other providers.
This webinar will be particularly useful to those currently operating within the tourism and hospitality sectors and also to those who are beginning a new business venture in the industry.
