To celebrate International Women’s Day 2020, the Chair (Comhairleoir Siobhán Currie) and Vice-Chair (Councillor Diana Armstrong) of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council are hosting an event on Monday 2 March 2020 from 12.00 – 4.00 pm in the Ardhowen Theatre, Enniskillen.
This event recognises that, for the first time, both the Chair and Vice Chair senior civic positions are held by female Councillors.
The programme for the event is attached. The main aim is to provide learning and capacity building for organisations and businesses. It also provides an opportunity to promote conversations between females and we are inviting you to nominate a representative from your group to attend.
