Here at Mind Yoga teaching Academy, we always pay close attention to the most recent scientific studies on health and wellbeing, in order to keep our teaching information up to date.
With that as our approach in providing the best anatomical, physiological and psychological course possible. Our latest beneficial piece of research, in itself can be delivered as improving the YTT200 course but also as a standalone workshop.
Sports coaches and Trainers will benefit from this information, as will any individual sports person.
So, whatever your sport, rewards will be gained in performance and results for those attending a 3-hour workshop to learn the function of the respiratory system and the some of the best Yoga breathing techniques to achieve an improvement in performance.
On Saturday 19th August there will be a 3hr (9.30am – 12.30pm) workshop “Yoga Breathing Techniques to improve Sporting Performance” at Mind Yoga Teaching Academy.
