Main Frequently Asked Questions Updates include:
- Unable to register online? For rate accounts set up since 1st April 2020, LPS may have told you your rate account IDs but unfortunately the online form does not recognise these newly created rate account IDs to allow you to register for the scheme. We have a record of these new rate accounts, and if you are eligible to register for the grant, someone will contact you to tell you the right time to complete the online form. Until then, no further action is required.
- Where you are a tenant who shares space with a number of other tenants, such as hiring desks within a serviced office workspace, you will not be able to access the grant but there is other support available for the self-employed. I have multiple business premises. Will I get multiple grant payment? Businesses with 3 or less premises will only be eligible for one grant of £10,000 in total.
