Role
Delivering support to individuals who are interested in, or who are in the process of, starting a business, through advice, mentoring and training.
This includes:
– Helping people to research their business idea
– Develop business plans and financial projections
– Identify marketing opportunities and develop marketing plans
– Support with developing simple bookkeeping systems
– Provide information on the wide range of issues faced when setting up a business.
Relevant Experience
I was self-employed for seven years prior to taking on my role at Fermanagh Enterprise. I have worked in my role for many years and during that time I have developed a good understanding of different types of businesses and the challenges faced by small businesses.
I have also completed a Masters Degree in Business Strategies and a Certificate in Teaching.

Apart from my colleagues, my clients are my favourite thing about my job.
Entrepreneur you admire and why
I don’t admire a particular entrepreneur, however I really admire people who set up their own business because I have done it and know how hard they work to achieve success.
