Many people overlook the fact that the easiest way to grow sales is to sell more to existing customers. In order to do so, however, it is essential that the business understands what its customers seek and where it can provide added value.
This workshop will explore the inherent value of customer research – building strong relationships with key customers so that your business can:
- Fully understand the current and emerging needs of these customers;
- Objectively measure performance to date in not only meeting but exceeding these needs;
- Identify specific areas of improvement in terms of customer relationship management so that your business can move progressively towards being seen as a strategic partner to its key customers.
