The guide is for charity shops, auctioneers and those who supply, hire out and sell second-hand products.
It includes safety information that sellers should be aware of, along with checklists for a variety of products often sold second-hand. These products include electrical goods, furniture, clothes, toys and nursery products including prams and car seats.
