The Department for Communities (DfC) would like to understand how it could better support employers in sourcing the workforce they need through their
Employability NI Employer Survey. The short survey aims to understand employer’s views on the current suite of staff recruitment and retention support offered, identify any gaps or new ideas that Government could put in place.
