The ASPIRE Employability Programme offers support to people aged 16 years and over who are currently unemployed and seeking paid work. Working in collaboration with employers across the district, ASPIRE facilitates voluntary work-based placements alongside a range of learning and training opportunities that promote personal and professional development.
